    The appointment setter on the webfile doesn’t work is there anyway I can get a phone follow up? I’ve emailed my counselor and left messages and as always he never responds. I dont stay near the office but it seems like thats my only alternative. Any Suggestions?

    Hello pgriffin9166,

    Purchase program members are not able to set appointments through the website since each office controls its own scheduling. You will have to call the local office to get an appointment scheduled.
