Hi, I hate to say it but I have an MC that is not very effective, not good at responding back to me or updating my file. My file was submitted to underwriting 2 weeks ago and I saw that conditions were listed so I immediately updated my file with the missing info last week. My MC has not contacted me about the conditions at all and has been a “no show” to our phone appointment this week. Can anything be done? Can someone else work on my file?
We have been there! Closed on our home in Nov 2019 but we had everything we needed for qualification in May 2019. Yeah another MC can work your file but they’re starting from square one an a lot of things you already sent or uploaded will have to be resent. Don’t lose hope. Its sad but true… I called and emailed every other day. I called members services to send messages to my MC. Yeah they’re busy but you have to be on them. Oh and we were NACA qualified at the end in Sept 2019. Also contact your MC’s supervisor you can get their email info from members services.
