I saw this on the list of grants on the website. It is a maximum of 3% or $10K and may be taxed as income. Doesnt have a program ID though. Anyone know where I would begin to inquire about this? There are no clickable links, only a description. Is this grant still available?

    Hello jr0312,

Best bet is to probably get the info straight from the horse’s mouth and stop by a BOA branch. They can look it up in ways you won’t be able to on your own.

Please let us know what you find out.

I spoke to a BofA loan officer and the grants are available, but only for a certain threshold income and/or target area. She did not seem to know what NACA is though. I thought BofA is NACA’s lender?

The naca department in boa is a separate function. The loans cannot be accessed by regular employees and their system locks everyone out as a way of keeping the communication strictly between naca employees and the naca assigned underwriters.
