SpecialK1975@prettigyrlblue, Thank you. Yes it’s exciting. I haven’t moved in yet. I’m getting some things done like painting. Hopefully my repairs through hand will be starting soon, as I had to change contractors for several reasons. I just go to the house, walk around in it, and smile. 😉

SpecialK1975I actually used the naca calculator. I went to the mls listing to see what the taxes were and adjusted the percentage which then changed the amount per month.

SpecialK1975Hello Shadrieka. Do you have the email address to your hand specialist. I actually emailed mine and he sent me the agreements that I have to get with the contractors about (once I close that is). Hand have to approve before contractor begin work. Try calling Hand department and ask the lady that answers who do you need to talk to let them know that you have closed, and would like to get repairs rolling.
