    I asked my mc a 1 month ago. And he paid it no mind. I’m thinking of calling the national line and complain. I’m about to turn into a KAREN and speak to a manager.

    We also have 35000 to put towards the house. And we can not use the naca psl generator because it does not offer buydown and principle reduction values.

    It’s crazy cause my MC did his calculations on a home sale priced at 185000 and he had my MRF at $2200. Does the MRF fluctuate on homes with different sale prices? Or does the MFR stay the same?

    I promise you on my affordability letter says 0 MRF. That’s why I’m so confused. But my action plan from couple months ago said MRF 4,284.

    Yes I sent him all the essentials to the offer. Address, hoa, hoi tax , final price. How do I put in my offer? Without him?

    I’m on the same boat. We have buy down and principle funds. But only our MC knows how much we are using towards either one. Plus I seen my MRF go up and down on each time he calculated a potential bid. I usually put 100 on HOI. But as for buying down interest it’s confusing. First bid he put 5.5 points the next bid he put 7.5 points and I thought the max was 5 points. Plus he’s not being very helpful. Nor gets back to our emails. he also said to have 6000$ Left over when calculating.

    I know today’s rates are 2.875%. Do I just multiply .05 by the purchase price to get buydown amount for 5 points?

    My 401k plan says I can withdraw for a primary home purchase. I understand if im taxed. I usually get back $10000 back for claiming my 6 kids. And i dont mind losing that money for a house.Would this affect my dti? Our mess up my naca process?
