Thank you for all the info! Who should I talk to and schedule the appointment with? Underwriting dropped what we originally spoke about by almost $1000 since my income is solely commission based. I got a bump in my commission due to seniority and performance that is guaranteed going forward, so I’d really like the first amount we agreed upon my initial appointments with naca. I tried to make due with the amount for the last 6 months of our housing search, but it’s just too low to get something in the neighborhoods we like.

Again Thanks for all your help guys!

@Nelsont ARV is the After Repair Value. So for instance, if I buy a property that’s $1,000,000 it appraised at $1,000,000 as is. It needs $200,000 worth of repairs. After it’s repaired it’s worth $1,400,000. That $200,000 worth of work is 20% of the as is before repaired value. Will naca give me the 20% to build in that $200,000 equity?

@TTrumble is raising the conforming loan limits part of the new 2021 rollout?

How can we get this increased to something more reasonable? Even increasing to 2020 limits would make sense. The LA buyers are having to look at homes that are in the worst parts of town, or so far away that it would take a 2 hour drive just to get to work. I think that not increasing the limits is almost redlining. We deserve to be able to purchase nice homes, in nice areas.
