    I meant “escalated” but I blame the fact that I have to write this on my phone since I don’t have a desktop set up in the hotel. I’ll probably have to sell my computer when I run out of money anyway so I better get used to using my phone for everything.

    @Kscheib have you completed the bank application yet?

    @Thomasina729

    11/5: under contract
    12/3: bank app submitted
    12/30: first closing date listed on a CD
    1/10: second closing date listed on a CD
    1/17: third closing date listed on a CD
    1/28: ?? Three CDs later but no CTC or final CD. Every delay is more conditions, some repeats or asking for different info that was technically already uploaded (like a charge already explained by a statement they already have).

    Never had HAND rehab requirements. Every condition was uploaded within hours at the latest. Even that was pulling teeth because if I didn’t call then nothing gets updated.

    The director Eric Exum has been involved. My file has been “expedited” since December. NACA blames the bank but has no recourse and there isn’t anyone you can talk to at the bank.

    Day 84 tomorrow. Still “approved” with no clear to close and no end in sight.

    I’m paying the sellers to stay in the deal.

    Between that and the hotel if we don’t close soon I’ll be broke with no where to go. I’m not going to have enough to put down on an apartment for a few months if I lose my earnest money.

    I’m going to be penniless. Can I even stay naca qualified while I’m living out of my car?

    We used to communicate that way often so I can’t help but feel ignored.

    I have also emailed them. Usually if I call the office, it would just be to leave a message for them to know I sent them an email. He even used to be on top of calling me back from the office after hours. I think it’s the dramatic shift since going under contract that is making me lose my mind.

    Edit: sorry, @Nelsont I’m so in my own head I forgot to quote you or thank you for trying to make me feel better. I appreciate it.
