You should receive a notification from Home gauge. Follow the instructions in that email to log in and obtain your inspection report.

I understand your frustration, but please understand that MC have a very very large caseload. It’s a good sign that they placed you on the calendar that dedicate time to work your file.

This process isn’t fast nor easy, but it’s the best mortgage you can get.

I asked my MC, since I needed one more before I close and she said the requirement is on hold due to the pandemic. Now I don’t know if that’s nationwide, so I would ask your MC.

My recommendation is to get a good in house agent. I have one and she did a great job advocating for NACA and helped win us the offer.

You don’t want an agent who is negative Ave and hesitant about NACA.

    Update:

May 2020 – Received inspection report. Still waiting on HAND. We have identified a few contractors for place bids. One is currently working with a NACA buyer now.

Still waiting for Credit Access, but it was submitted Friday so I hope to here something next week.

    Thank you @TTrumble.

And I anticipate a few more bumps. Just have to keep an eye on the prize.

It took me 4 months from my HBW to have my initial appointment. And that was last year.

You can call the office every so often to see if there is an earlier opening.

May I ask why you want to back out?

Are you in danger of losing your income n

I agree with @kiag . It’s partly on you, but a lot of things are out of your hands. I hope you get a good MC/HC. I also will say your attitude plays a lot on how you are treated.

Aside from being OVER prepared, be OVER nice and OVER sympathetic to your MC.

I’ve already created my appointment folder and started placing all my documents in there. I hope my appointment will stand in June.

    @Nelsont

We understand that, but based off of @TTrumble reply on several posts, it seems that it’s 1% vs 0.5%. Either one is a blessing. But I would like clarification because I hear different stories from different NACA representative.

    Hello @TTrumble

    Am I understanding this correctly?

Priority members making less than 80% of median income for their MSA receives a 1% rate reduction from BOA. Not 0.5% rate reduction? Is this automatic?

    Thanks!
