@TTrumble @nelsont It has now been almost three weeks since we resubmitted to underwriting(01/06) still no response from my MC. Weird enough last Friday(01/17 my status went from (not qualified –Conditions) back to (qualification pending). Is it normal for the status to go back a step when being resubmitted? Did my MC think he resubmitted to underwriting but noticed on Friday he never did? Every time i call member services they state that this is normal underwriting may be behind, 3 weeks behind? Just looking for some answers here.
