TanyaMoHow does wish list items work? Can I ask for a washer, dryer and privacy fence for the yard?

The washer and dryer are definitely acceptable items, and I believe the privacy fence will qualify too. You will have to come up with out of pocket funds for any inspections, surveys and so on that your city or county may require for the fence, and the total amount for all wish list items must but submitted before the file reaches the Credit Access stage.
