MoxieDollMy husband and I attended our first homebuyer workshop on Saturday and won’t receive our ID or password for at least a week. When can I call the office and schedule our intake and to schedule volunteering in the office? Do I need to wait until we have been put into the Naca database?

Yes, you will have to wait until you receive your NACA ID number before you can schedule your intake appointment and volunteer time. Your ID number is the means by which we track everything.
If you don’t have your ID number within two weeks, contact me and I will see what I can do to help.
