    Hey ya’ll,

My file just switched from AOC – Conditions Pending and is in ACA-BAC Follow Up. What comes next. How long does this stage usually take?

This is an internal note for bank of america. They are likely waiting on one of their departments or possibly an outside vendor such as the appraiser to weigh in. At this point there is nothing you or NACA can do but wait for further information. It may take 1 day or 2 weeks. There is no time frame for each condition it’s just either whenever they get around to it OR whenever they hear back which will also be whenever that 3rd party gets around to it. BUT you are approaching the home stretch. I would expect to be closing before the end of the month. Good luck!

    Hello GlennyP,

The acronym literally stands for All Conditions Addressed – Bank of America Corporation Follow Up. In other words, all the conditions in your file have been satisfied and it’s now the bank’s turn to keep your file moving forward. There are still several internal steps at the bank to be completed, but you are indeed getting very close to your Clear to Close.

    Please keep us updated.
