    Hello I am currently in the mortgage process but for over a week now my webfile has been reset to the intake preparation so i can no longer update my file nor can I view what ever my latest lender conditions are, anyway to fix this?

    Please call NACA Member Services at 425-602-6222 so they can review the file to determine what needs to be done.
