We received our “Qualified” text yesterday. We were told to login into the web file and sign the qualification form. When we log in to the web file, it shows us at the “Intake Preparation” stage with no items showing under “Pending Items” and “Completed Items”. We have logged in from several computers and also using Internet Explorer and other web browsers and still no luck. I have also tried to reset the password in hopes that would help. We reached out to our MC and Member Services and was told that on their side they show us as qualified. Member Services said there was nothing they could do. This all means that we cannot sign nor access the Qualification form through the web file. And I suspect this will cause more issues later on down the line as we go through the process. Hoping someone can help me. Thanks In Advance.July 31, 2020 at 5:54 pm #71000TTrumbleMember
If you are still having those same problems, please email me some screenshots showing me what is happening and I’ll see what I can do for you.

I am having a similar issue where I need to use multiple browsers to complete certain steps, such as IE for ECOA documents but Google Chrome to upload Photo ID however my real concern is:
After completing certain steps, such as Dependants or Paystubs, it will not register and will tell me “NOT DONE – VIEW” on the Summary page.
Who should I contact to confirm if steps are received? I would rather have 100% of my documents confirmed before setting an appointment so I’m not wasting anybody’s time…
Thank You in Advance.September 3, 2020 at 9:55 pm #71740
@TTrumble The counselor figured out the issue with my webfile. When we originally started the process, my husband and I were both going on the loan together and we were qualified. We later decided we wanted to be qualified under my husband only. When we switched over it caused issues on our end with the webfile. On NACA side it shows correct, but on our side it doesn’t. The counselor was able to do some troubleshooting. When the counselor changed our webfile to show us as co-borrowers, the webfile status showed everything correctly. When the counselor changed it to show my husband as the borrower, it went back to showing us incorrectly at the intake process on our end but on the counselor’s end they can see it correctly. Hope this helps someone!September 8, 2020 at 5:23 pm #71821TTrumbleMember
