Web-file log in issue

    I’ve been trying to log into my web-file since yesterday, but it wouldn’t let me.
    I used the webfile last week without an issue, and I don’t know why it doesn’t work anymore.

    When I type my NACA ID and click, it shows
    “Notice: Invalid entry. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the ‘Reset My Password’ button”
    It wouldn’t let me type my password.

    How do I fix this issue?


    I called 425-602-6222 and have it fixed. Not sure what the issue was.


    We don’t have access to our NACA email do we? @ttrumble my counselor selfie said she sent my updated action plan to my lynx and I can check my web file for it. When I spoke to member services yesterday they said I won’t have access to anything in the web file until I’m actually qualified. So how will I actually get my action plan she revised?
