I am very happy for you in your “forever home!” I have been waiting to see a closing that didn’t take two months. This is outstanding news! God Bless you and your family!January 24, 2020 at 3:34 pm #65018outrenthomeMember
@vonny2421 I think it’s because I had a rockstar mortgage counselor to work on my application. Mickie was amazing and when my application was moved on to Bank of America, I only had 2 super simple conditions to resolve, one of them was about correcting a date of when I moved out of an old apartment a few years ago. The other I forgot what it was but was another very simple one too.
Also my realtor was super pushy so she made everything move around fast. If you need a NACA certified outside realtor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area look up Alecia Smith, she got everything done, fast!
