    Dec 2017 – First Workshop
    Feb 22, 2018 – Intake Session w/ our awesome MC
    March 2018 – submitting all our docs/LOEs/VOEs/Rent verifications
    April 2, 2018-NACA qualified
    April 5, 2018- Purchase Program and met our real estate agent.
    April 7, 2018-went and seen 4 houses on list and we loved 2 and picked our favorite.
    April 8,2018- REA sent offer over.
    April 8,2018-offer was accepted!!!!
    April 9,2018- signed contracts and sent back to REA AND Seller signed their part as well.
    April 13,2018- credit access at philly office with in house mc- we really miss our remote mc lol
    April 14,2018 – inspection/radon/termite on the house-paid with check.
    April 15,2018 rec’d termite inspection report – a little termite damage.
    April 16,2018 rec’d entire inspection report -quite a few repairs that we weren’t expecting- then had meeting with in house mc-we did some more LOEs and completed other conditions. Sent back to UW for Credit Access. Bank app appt on this Thursday coming up. Waiting to see what HAND is going to say about inspection and termite report & waiting to hear from REA.
    April 17,2018-Seller let us know that they have scheduled termite appt for that treatment to get completed on the house. Still waiting for HAND to contact us about required repairs-REA said it takes about 24-48 hours for them to get back to us.
    April 18,2018- Credit Access approved! Received HANDs required repairs and other paperwork. Got our final homeowners insurance quote and scheduled it for closing.
    April 19,2018-Bank App sent!!!
    April 23,2018-Closing Coordinator introduced himself to us and sent email. Still waiting for Bank app to be approved or any lender conditions. Seller’s REA emailed us and our REA and said they are still looking over the required repairs from HAND and will update us on their decisions on tomorrow 4/24/18. Praying for the best – we really love this home!!!
    April 24,2018- Lender conditions came back.
    April 25,2018- sent LOEs that BOA asked for. We found out some good news from REA that the seller is doing ALL the required repairs!!!!
    May 1,2018-31 more days until target closing date.
    May 9, 2018-received loan estimate docs from BOA!
    May 10,2018-rec’d appraisal in the mail. We were so happy with that!
    May 15,2018-rec’d MORTGAGE COMMITMENT!!!!! So happy and excited! Almost at the finish line!!!!
    May 18,2018-CTC Final
    May 23,2018-Hubby getting reinspection done so that we can see if the sellers completed all the required repairs they agreed to. The only thing not completed was the electrical stuff so hubby, our rea, and the seller’s agent spoke and they are going to have the electrician come and finish it by Saturday. Our title company even said he will make a seperate contract stating that it will be completed with the purchase of the home. SO that put us at ease. We also don’t need to bring any closing costs tomorrow!!! YAY! God is good!!!! And we get money back!!!!
    May 24,2018-We closed on our beautiful four bedroom, 1 bath home with a white picket fence! We are excited for this new journey!
    *One thing – concerning HAND: once you get conditions back from the bank (DURING BANK APP) – just get a contractor ASAP IF YOU WANT ANY RENOVATIONS TO BE INCLUDED IN YOUR MORTGAGE! HAND IS TERRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION – THEY DROPPED THE BALL ON US AND DIDN’T CARE ABOUT OUR WISHES FOR OUR FIRST HOME. THAT WAS REALLY THE ONLY THING THAT IRRITATED US!*

    @nykeima14 well we did remote for our initial appointment and qualification. And then after that we had to be go to an actual naca office to complete the credit access and bank app. And yes, the philly office was the one near us. But I definitely recommend remote! I don’t know if we are able to post the mc’s name or not on here but she was the best and she is highly recommended all over Facebook! I followed my mind and immediately switched to her after the workshop and was so pleased with how she handled our case!!!! It was super fast and efficient!!!

    @pratik Thank you 🙂 In regards to HAND, I really don’t know. It is just so impossible to get help or communication from them. It’s as if they are only there to approve or make requirements for the home inspection process. Other than that, they are not relevant and not helpful! Sorry, it makes me mad lol!
