So here my dilemma, I work for the government and we have gone to telework. I needed an updated VOE. The initial contact who completed them, has now been assigned a different task to do. She provided me with an email address dictated to financial disclosures. Up until the 30th my counselor was responding to my emails pretty promptly. My issue is I have not been able to verify that he has received and or sent to the email. They are only going into the office physically 1 day each pay period and that day is on Tuesday. Any suggestions on how to determine if his office has been closed? Not sure what office he is in as I am doing remote counseling
If you opt for remote counseling they are all in the Charlotte hq I believe…not the Charlotte local office which does Charlotte area in person counseling but the office that does underwriting. Otherwise you will be in either the Baltimore or DC office. All of those locations to my knowledge are “open” during regular business hours.
