We just had an inspection done and were reaching out to HAND to see if it had been properly uploaded. The numbers for HAND, for our local office in Boston, and for our alternate office in Hartford are all playing an error message indicating the numbers are not functioning. Given it’s across all three, I’m assuming some kind of technical problem.
Can anyone confirm or, if you are getting through, let us know which number is working?
Thank you!
Experienced the same when I called early this morning. I got in on the main number, but when they tried to transfer me to the hand and mortgage department, I got dropped. I hope it’s fixed by tomorrow.
I’m also having issues with the phone. Member Services has had a message that they’re closed and I can’t get through to my office that I’m pretty sure is still open.
Hello all,
We have experienced some technical issues over the past 24 hours that have caused the sort of issues you have described.
There have been some problems with our computer network, which is also the backbone for our telephone system. We experienced an outage for about two hours yesterday afternoon and will still probably experience some brief, sporadic outages today as our IT team resolves the problem once and for all.
Nothing to be concerned about at all. Just a minor hiccup that’s in the process of being fixed.

Is anyone having issues signing in the Naca files? I attempt to put in my naca id and it says wrong info.
Earlier, I kept getting my password was incorrect when I know it wasn’t. I just kept resetting it and it accepted my old password. I don’t know what’s going on. The heavy use of technology could be crossing some technical wires.
I was on hold and just went from caller number 1 in line to caller number 39 in line. Yikes. >.>
