We found a home we are interested in. I believe we have to submit to Naca (home price, tax amount and insurance quote) prior to making an offer. What has been others experience with this step? Any tips/suggestions? I’m afraid of the turn around time and losing out on a property.
Thanks!
I found once we were pre-qualified, I received responses from my MC right away regarding cost estimates for the home. This was done in order to get your bank application submitted as soon as possible. You should provide the following to your MC from seller/builder:
Total price:
Year taxes:
HOA (Yearly):
Sellers Contribution:
Good luck!
