My webfile status changed overnight to Not Qualified – Conditions. I addressed condition earlier this week and this is the second time but the problem is there are no conditions listed to be addressed these time. Any one who experienced this before?
Yes it’s normal during this stage. I emailed my MC when I saw this, and she emailed me the conditions to address. Once I had all of them ready, I emailed them to her.
After bank app, you will upload the conditions directly to your web file.

Yes, this happens. Sometimes conditions will exist but they won’t be visible in your web file. Ask your MC if there are any outstanding conditions that you need to address.
