I’ve been uploading them on my web file and sending a copy to my MC. I don’t always get a response from my MC but I like to be a polite pest and I add a blurb at the end of every email now after some advice @TTrumble left on another forum discussion, basically “Please let me know if there is anything else I can or should do to help you push my file through.” After I started adding that line my MC response to questions and concerns is often along the lines of “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it.” And it looks like he is for the most part.
@azallian soooo congratulations! I’m glad everything is Happening for you. I have been following you. One question so for the student loans i believe i will run into this as well since i am currently still in sxhool. As a matter of fact one of my conditions was exactly what you went through, so I’m going to have to submit the same letter and letter of explanation until i close ?
All my student loans are with fedloanservicing. I called the customer service line dozens of times. I recently figured out that you need to ask for the escalation department, don’t waste time trying to get the general help line people to understand what you need. Tell the escalation person that you need a custom mortgage letter that breaks down the monthly payment for each individual loan as if all loans were in repayment based on the income based repayment plan. Once I figured out who to talk to and what to ask for I got the letter within a week. Once I got this exact breakdown letter the condition cleared. It kept coming back because the letter I had before had a total monthly max payment for my account but BOA wanted the breakdown per loan.
@azallin okay all mines are from fed loan servicer as well. I will ask exactly for this. The underwriters pulled up one from “NAVI” loans, but when i called they some how “ gave it” away in 2014 so hopefully i can just a LOE and provide what you explained and it can be clear ! Thank you so much !
