I’m past frustrated and upset. My process has been ongoing for almost 2 months. All delays have been with Naca or BOA. Naca took 2wks to get the proper taxes amd fees. My realtor has been so detached from my process. She doesnt negotiate or even reach out to the builder unless I ask her too. Ive been getting charged daily since 3/20 and if not closed by 3/30 we will have a $2500 fee. The house is a new construction so no need for rehabs or hand involvement. The appraisal took 2wks because they “had the wrong number” for the listing agent. It is on multiple pieces of information. I have called so many times regarding my file being escalated. I feel like if realtors were actually paid on commission like outside realtors are there would be more activity. And the delays are outrageous.

I understand they are busy but they should stop putting the dream of 30 days closings in our heads and be realistic that is closer to 60. Fyi i had minimal conditions, none that took more than 10mins to reapind to. @TTrimble you seem to be one of the only people who actually respond.

I hope i dont lose this home smh

Every workshop I have volunteered at for the last year a big deal was made about 60 days being more realistic and only if there are no delays…

Hello @kb7571! Please email us at ‘communications@naca.com’ with your NACA ID so that we can coordinate internally on your file and follow up with you right away. We hope to work with you to resolve these concerns.

@NelsonT if that is the case in house realtors shoukd be having that out onto the P&S agreements to avoid unnecessary fees because nobody cares except the buyer.
