So I am now “Not Qualified-Conditions,” but there are absolutely no conditions listed! Has anyone had that experience? I spoke to my MC and she thinks because my file was still pending when a new pay period started (July 1), so she asked for my paystub. She also asked for a few more things as well, but I think she’s guessing on what the underwriters might need.

    Hello O,

To be completely honest, that just doesn’t make sense. Please email me your name, NACA ID number and Forum screen name and I’ll take a quick look at it for you.

    Hello O,

Your counselor was not guessing at all. There are indeed conditions in your file and it appears that is exactly what she went over with you. The fact is there is nothing out of order or suspicious with your file whatsoever.

If you did not see the conditions, it may be because of the browser you are using. Any time you enter your NACA webfile, please make sure to use Internet Explorer as your browser or the webfile may not display accurately, possibly cause yo not to see information that is in fact in your file.

    Hello!

Last month I had the same thing to occur to me (side note not a browser issue). As your circumstance may be different, but when I contacted member services the underwriter didn’t see my “econsent” which should had been already on file with the mortgage counselor from the ADT. However, I emailed it to member services and scheduled to meet virtually with my main MC. The main MC reviewed the conditions, attached the econsent, and did another credit report prior to resubmission. Two days later I was NACA qualified. So, try to get an appointment with your MC.

Thanks @ttrumble for looking out for us.
