I’ve been with Naca since January 2019. I attended ATD event May 22nd 2020 and was told they wanted to submit my file but since I had a one on one appt with counselor I was advised to wait until then which was June 4th 2020 and I received no call and contacted @naca.com">Services@naca.com and was advised to attend another ATD event which occurred June 20th and I then was submitted to underwriter, which came back with 2 conditions and I didn’t receive a call from counselor to review so I uploaded documents to my webfile, sent to @naca.com">emailXXXXXXX@naca.com, Counselor and @naca.com">firstname.lastname@example.org left numerous messages for counselor going back a 3 months and no response. I decided to call member services and after being on hold for 1 hour and 30 mins I was advised that my counselor is no longer with NACA and was told to attend ATD event SEPT 20th. Is this real??? this is very discouraging. I have to wait 3 months for my Qualification conditons to be looked over
I contacted my local office and was advised the same. So even though I completed intake and I’m in qualification process and completed my conditions. I must wait 3 months for review? Next ATD is October 3rd. I already attended two of them. In the past two months.
Hi @TTrumble. I have a similar question. I have submitted the documents/conditions and I haven’t heard back from my MC. I attended the ATD event last month, my file was quickly submitted and came back with a few conditions. I have submitted all the conditions and sent a few emails to my MC and also reached out to member services. It’s been 10 days since I uploaded/emailed the necessary documents. But my file hasn’t been resubmitted. I was wondering the same thing, do I sign up for the next ATD event in September?
My issue is why do members that were submitted and in Qualification process must wait so long and been very responsive in submitting documents needed. I understand the pandemic and lack of staff members but why such a long wait. I don’t understand.
