    Good Morning,

I was qualified on the 19th and attended the workshop on the 21st. I already have a NACA in house realtor and been discussing everything with her.
We have tried to reach out to my MC multiple times and also reached out to live support and my realtor even reached out to her contacts to try and get PSL and Qualification letter loaded in my web file. We were able to view a home yesterday and I loved it but I am unable to place an offer due to this. There are homes I want to go visit today but I am unable to.
We have been unsuccessful getting any help.

What can I do? I just want to start my house searching.

    Thank You!!

You don’t need a psl to view a home, just to make an offer.

This is not recommended but especially if you live in a hot market go ahead and make the offer and schedule a credit access appointment. Make that your last resort though.

Try calling your local office first. If you explain your situation somebody is supposed to issue you a psl if your MC is not available.

Also try reaching out to member services.

The other thing to keep in mind is your MC will almost assuredly never respond to any request for a psl if you ask if the house is affordable. They give you the benefit of the doubt that you can figure it out on your own.

Provide the mls listing sheet not the link to the listing. Provide the county tax sheet. List all of the financial details including who is providing buy down how much and what the monthly cost will be. Then state you are making an offer tomorrow and need the psl.
