    I found a new construction that is projected to be completed by October but it’s not listed on the mls. My question is can I still get the property specific letter from naca if it’s not listed on the mls? The property was once listed in February on the mls but later withdrawn. The previous mls was listed for 20,000 less than the current projected cost of the property. Can I use the address and previous mls listing to show the property worth, hoa and taxes and just let my counselor know the current price? Thanks


    I was able to get an offer letter from my MC for a property that was never on the market. SO it’s possible.
