hello All I’m a bit lost on what to do. Back in 2018 I went to my initial meeting where I received the qualification letter with all the other documents needed listed and how much should be in my savings. Since I have never been able to follow up with the documents and now with COVID-19 going on I’m not sure what webinar or steps I should take to continue the process. I have uploaded my updated paystubs, bank statements, etc., just not sure what to do next since I have not been able to speak to my counselor.

    Thanks You

Well that wasn’t your qualification letter that was your action plan. You will receive a qualification letter once you meet the requirements listed. Your naca ID is permanent. You need to pay dues every January or you won’t be able to get counseling. You can pay your dues online by logging into your webfile with your naca ID. You should then call your local office and ask to schedule an appointment. All appointments are video or phone calls at the moment.

@Nelsont. Thank you so much for your quick and informative response. I’m so confused with this process and you’ve cleared it up for me. I will go on and update my payment and papers ready for when I call tomorrow.
