No Status in webfile

    I went to the webfile yesterday to check my Status (was on Property Selected), but nothing is there. It looks like it did when I first started the program, empty. My HAND contact person is not listed or anything. I’ve emailed my counselor and the office manager, but no response. I REALLY need to find out what’s going on because I need t upload bids today. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Hello FTO101,

    It’s nothing to be concerned about. You online file will appear to have a blank status temporarily when you move into a different phase as you are presently doing. (Next step is property qualification.)

    My family attended a meeting in November, noone called us so we called them, we got an intake appointment for January, upon our approaching appointment date we logged in to check the status, all was erased. We were told that our date was canceled because the person handling it no longer worked there and was given another date in MAY. We logged in today and the same exact thing happened again, someone looses their job we lose our INTAKE APPOINTMENT? It just doesnt seem right.

    Hello sasha24,

    Contact the local office and ask to be reassigned and rescheduled right away. Unfortunately, the counselors’ schedules are so full that there is no way for their appointments to be absorbed when another staff member leaves.

    I apologize for this happening to you twice. Please keep me updated on your progress.

    I have similar issue. I don’t see my status or councellor name on we file. I am in credit access phase the web file shows initial intake as if I did not get naca qualified. I called member services they say the status in their system is correct. I am NACA qualified more than year. The old website a year ago used to work just fine. At some point the website changed and it does not work anymore. Appreciate any help in resolving this.

    Update: I reset my password then i could see the status in the web file. Hope it helps some one else.

    Hi currently having a problem with my Webfile. I am in the housing search stage and my webfile is still showing intake. I also have received any updates via text. My counselor says she can see the updates to the file, but I am unable to.
