    My status is Approved-Outstanding conditions and I submitted the conditions to the bank last Monday so it’s been about a week since I’ve heard anything. Some of my conditions included items from my previous contract that was canceled due to a low appraisal but my MC handled all of those except one (suspended contract condition for NACA). It’s still sitting as pending on my webfile and I’m just wondering if that could be the reason I haven’t heard anything or received my CTC? I’m supposed to close in a week. Is there anything I can do besides reach out to my MC? She’s not answering my questions about this.

    It could be. It’s very likely those outstanding conditions could be internal and not for you which would be why they don’t show up. You can call the mortgage processing department to find out (different from member services). It could also be because your employer isn’t answering the phone. The 2nd verification of employment is the last step. A voicemail or call back won’t work the person actually needs to answer the phone. If this can’t be done the name and contact information along with the mode of contact needs to be provided. Also your MC won’t answer unless they have an update.
