Hello,
A new item popped up on my credit due to a misunderstanding with my current phone provider. The amount is fairly low and I am due to turn in all my completed documents from my action plan next week. What would be the best recommendation to take care of this without it hindering my process?
If it is your fault you can pay it. If it is not your fault you can ask to have it removed.
They will have you pay it.
