Every time I try to log into my account I get as far as the security question page and the website wont let me proceed. I’ve answered and re-answered the questions, saved, and even reset my password. I’ve called my local NACA branch and tried the online chat who’ve also reset my password. Finally the online chat person mentioned that the website was being updated but could that be the reason for the security question loop?
The recent website updates were not related to log in functions in any way. I suspect your issues may be because of the browser you are using. The NACA website is optimized for use with Internet Explorer. While I have never personally had an issue using Google Chrome or Safari, I have heard reports of issues with those browsers as well as Firefox.
Using Internet Explorer or the new (MS) Edge browser may be the solution to your problem.
I am also having the security question. We reset my password, and I am still stuck on the security questions. I cannot download Internet Explorer as it is no longer a supported platform by Microsoft for Mac. What suggestions do you have? I tried using Safari, as well as plugins, but still cannot make it past the security questions. I also tried logging in on a PC at work and still had the same issue.
I could use some assistance
