Bank app was submitted on 12-1. Webfile shows several lender conditions that need addressed. On 12-5 I called member services to find out who our closing coordinator is and who would facilitate getting needed items to the lender since I heard nothing from anyone.
Since 12-5 I have left 2 voicemails and our contact person at NACA real estate department has sent the closing coordinator a Skype message without a response.
Our agent has tried calling the local NACA office for days and continually is put on 10 minute holds.
