    I have some required repairs and wishlist item for which I need a scope of work to generate a rehab budget.

    I’m having difficulty reaching my RS after initial speaking with him May 8th. I submitted all my bids and signed the rehabs disclosure. I’m been emailing him, rehab relationship coordinator, and HAND. The RS has been sent a 24 hr tickler and I followed up after the 24 hr period passed.

    I’m not sure what to do to get him to respond. My bank application has been approved, but those numbers will have to change. I’ll continue to call and email them everyday until I get a response, but it shouldn’t be this hard.

    Any advise?


    My repairs were cleared by hand without major issues.

    Best way for me was to leave VM to my RS and I requested to talk to any available RS. They should be able to help you.


    I’ve called and left VM and followed up via email since Wednesday of last week.

    I’ll try and see if I can connect with another RS.

    Turns out that my RS left NACA.

    However, I was able to connect with someone who was incredibly helpful! He gave me some very important information. He scheduled a follow up and will work to get my file out by Friday (I need my contractor to update my estimate first).
