Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to get a PSL quickly? More than likely we’ll need to buy down our interest rate so we can’t generate it online. In this market if you have to wait over 24 hours you’re not in the running at all.

Or are we able to submit offers without it?

If you email your MC with all of the correct information including the documents associated (without asking if you can afford this house – just say you are making an offer here are the details please generate a PSL) and you still don’t hear back within a day then call your local office and ask to speak to the manager about getting a PSL. If all else fails you can go ahead and submit your offer while waiting.

Submitting the offer while waiting won’t be an issue for NACA? @TTrumble That would be helpful!! This market really is not waiting 24 hours and most sellers do showings through the weekend and pick an offer Monday morning.

The office phone number usually rings for a bit then sends me directly to member services.

    Hello mrstaylor,

We’re actually not comfortable with you making an offer without the PSL, but we can’t stop you from doing it. You may find that the seller won’t accept an offer without it though.

The advice Nelsont gave was (as usual) on the mark about reaching out to the office manager as well.

Thank you both for your help! Anyone happen to have the email address for the Phoenix office manager? Or the list of approved title companies in AZ? I haven’t been able to get that from my MC.
