    Can anyone guide me in the direction on how to file a complaint with NACA’s Corporate Office????

    Latay Massey, I dont think you can help me. Over a month ago I brought it to my MCs attention that we have a serious communication problem. I asked if she could assign me to someone else? She said she would look into it. I have not heard anything from her since. I started the NACA program in March. I have provided everything I was asked to provide–usually the same day. The lack of communication, and lack of interest in my file, has really put me off. It has become very scary to me that I have given these people every piece of my most personal information. Still waiting to see if I have a new MC, or if current MC has just set me aside (the usual).
    As I said before, patience is my middle name.

    Latay Massey, I also emailed the office manager of my local office over a month ago and have never received a response.
    Still patiently waiting.

    Tim, I will be sending you an email today. I have to make a decision before I know what I need your help/direction with.
    Also, I can forward the emails I sent to MC and office manager over a month ago. I can forward all communications sent and received.
