Over a month ago I brought it to my MCs attention that we have a serious communication problem. I asked if she could assign me to someone else? She said she would look into it. I have not heard anything from her since. I started the NACA program in March. I have provided everything I was asked to provide–usually the same day. The lack of communication, and lack of interest in my file, has really put me off. It has become very scary to me that I have given these people every piece of my most personal information. Still waiting to see if I have a new MC, or if current MC has just set me aside (the usual).
As I said before, patience is my middle name.

Tim, I will be sending you an email today. I have to make a decision before I know what I need your help/direction with.
Also, I can forward the emails I sent to MC and office manager over a month ago. I can forward all communications sent and received.

    Hello notamused,

Your message is in my in box. Please bear with me as I work through my variety of duties. Wednesdays and Thursdays tend to be my busiest days, so I’m usually playing a bit of “catch up” Friday and Satuday. You’ll be hearing from me shortly.

I realize this post is almost 4 years old but I am finding myself in the same situation the above poster has. Mr. Trumble are you still the person that can help?

I didnt get much communication with my MC until I started copying the office manager on my emails…somehow that did the trick. I really wish NACA understood that this process is terrible and needs streamlining!!!

    Hello Andersonmelissa2008,

Your first resource for concerns should be NACA Member Services at 425-602-6222. Having said that, I will be happy to help in any way that I can.

    Hello leolady,

The fact is that NACA is continually looking at ways to streamline the process. The demand for our services is the greatest it has ever been, and we taking several actions to ease the burden. As such, statements like “I really wish NACA understood that this process is terrible and needs streamlining” are inaccurate, uninformed and inappropriate. If you have a question or problem I will always be happy to help, but negative attitudes have no place in this Forum.
