We have been trying to get in contact with someone in the NACA realestate department for months. My new realtor, my old Naca realtor and I have be trying to get a transfer set up for the past 3 months, to no avail. We called all the numbers on the site including calling 425-519-6222 and emailing email@example.com, but all we do is waste hours on hold being given illogical wait times and line placement. I have wasted over 20 hours of my life trying to get this change done since September 2020. We are now in November and have finally gotten a final P&S agreement done, but now we cant do anything because my new agent is still not registered under my NACA profile. My agent has done the webinars and received the Webinar completion certificate and created her account on the realtor portal, back 2 months ago. But now we are at a time crunch and no one responds to calls or emails and all Voicemails are full. This is ridiculous and frustrating. After the three years of me contributing to NACA this is how they work. SMH
You can email the same person who sent the initial email to you when you were assigned to the Naca realtor.
You may consider just asking to switch to a different in house realtor because it’s much smoother with someone who knows Naca.
