    Hello everyone,

I did a search prior to making this post and couldn’t find any information on my question – so I’m hoping someone has insight for me. My HAND repairs list came back with “Member required to research and document whether Point of Sale (POS) code violations are present on the subject property. Additional documentation may be required based on POS requirements, prior to final property approval. Contact HAND to communicate whether code violations are present, to clear this required line item”.

Has anyone else received this on their repair list? If so what route did you take to get this information in a timely manner to clear HAND? When I went to the department that handles this I was told I needed to fill out a form, fax it to them and it will take at least 30 business days to get the information requested.

    THIS CAN’T BE LIFE lol!

I think you can do a search on your county’s property public records to see if the property has any code violations and if these have been fixed. Your realtor can help you with that, if not, you can do the research yourself
