    I have tried contacting my MC for the last couple weeks. I emailed him on the 5th and the 7th, even decided to hold off a few days thinking maybe he’s busy. I called the office yesterday and emailed the office manager today and no response. I am trying to be patient but now I feel like my MC is ignoring me on purpose. @southflorida this is regards to the issue you assisted me with like 2 weeks ago in reference to my qualification amount and still nothing. I need to know what my next step should be. @ttrumble can you please assist or tell me where I should go next? I have qualified, but I don’t feel I can start looking until my numbers are looked at again.

    If the office manager does not respond to you today, I would try passing by the office to try to talk to your MC or somebody else.

    @scar23 we’ve all been their I’m in the same boat of feeling ignored but be a polite pest as Tim would say and @ttrumble can possible even look at your file as he has helped me a lot in the past

    I am sitting here wondering if I will ever get to underwriting. I have been so polite and patient but it is really wearing thin. They ask me for the VOR, I fax, scan l, email and any other way imaginable and you mean to tell me I have to wait until the 22nd for my next appointment. Everything that was requested I have turned in and I am really thinking about going the conventional route. I won’t be in my house until 2021 with this program. I understand that the counselors are busy but I have to take time off to do this virtual meeting as well. Beyond frustrated!!!

    You turned your own VOR in? It becomes invalid if you touch it. Your landlord needs to send it directly…could that be why you aren’t being submitted?

    @Nelsont Hello, the Naca office suggested that I go get it from the leasing office but I did not do that because I’ve been reading the forum and knew better. I just want to get to underwriting!!! I know I put that I scanned it but I didn’t scan it but I did fax it and had them email it to my counselor. I just feel that my counselor should respond to my emails and I should not have to wait two weeks for her just to submit my file. I am going to continue to be patient and hope that she sends it before then, *sigh.
