Can anyone offer any advice as I dont know how to proceed. I am into my second contract extension and my initial CD had a close date of 12/18. That date came and gone and I haven’t heard from the bank.
There has been NO activity on my file since 12/13. Ive been in contact with my MC and Ive reached out to the Regional Director and no response.
Has anyone been in a similar position and have had success in getting a CTC? My lease is about to expire soon and I still dont have a close date.
@tricey718 what is the MP dept saying?
That my file has been escalated and awaiting a response from the lender.
My file has been all conditions addressed since 12/13. I cant even reach someone at Mortgage Processing anymore because rhe3y are so busy.
What is the Regional saying?
He didnt/hasnt responded.
I don’t have advise but I can say they are working. My file sat from 11/26 to 12/16 and then after that it was smooth sailing. I would imagine Christmas may cause a slight delay but in another week you should see some movement.

@Cstar89 how many closing disclosures did you receive?
@tricey718 when was your original close date per your P&S contract? Looking online, it looks like complaints go to member services. I really wish I could help more. The only thing I could suggest is maybe getting on one of the webinars and asking for help while it’s live.
My original date was 12/16. My second extension expires on Friday 12/27 and my lease expires 1/3
@jprime1609 I received the initial and a final….the final came right before closing. Initial came 12/16, final came 12/20.
@tricey718 they are working on it. I trust they are.
