    @cstar89 it sure is frustrating and it sure feels like Naca and the Bank really have no clue what is going on. I am in a similar position as you. To me the most frustrating part is the lack of communication from the MCs to the clients. Ours told us specific things just to scoff and basically tell us we were stupid for doing it, WHEN SHE WAS THE ONE WHO TOLD US TO DO IT. LOL makes no sense. Our MC told assured us that 45 days to close would be more then enough time and that 12/31 would be a fine date to close on. When we went to the last meeting to sign the bank app she basically told us that we were dumb to pick that day and that 45 days wasn’t a good idea. Well then why did you “approve” of it just to later tell us that was dumb of us. This is by far the most frustrating process on the planet. And it would help if the communication between MC and the client was better. Don’t know how many times I’ve called or emailed my MC with nothing in response for days on end. I guess I don’t know what to say honestly but it just seems like for something that such a big deal the MC would act like it. If are seller wont extend our close date we would be out almost $3000 in earnest money and inspection, and our MC just laughs at that issue. Pretty bad service. It all comes down to NACA being honest with the people. I can’t count how many times we have been told something that wasn’t accurate or been told that what we did was wrong when we did it at the direction of the MC. If the MC would be honest and actually answer basic questions it would help everyone. Sorry for the rant but it is getting to the point where we could loose our house and our money we’ve put down simply because of lack or answers or honesty from our MC. Keep us posted @cstar89. I hope things work out for you. They aren’t looking great for me 🙁

    @tricey718 I just bust out laughing G*** is sick of me ok, he didn’t even ask for the last 4 of my social today. I can tell hes worn out…..

    Unfortunately I left my phone at home so I haven’t been able to check the portal. I’m assuming nothing has changed from “ACA send to UW.”

    @tricey718 I was hoping you got your CD. I have the closing crazies too, and what is really killing me is the fact that I can not do anything at this point. My MC is very good and answers me immediately but he can not speed it up and do what I need now. I thought they are able to contact the lender directly. Waiting on my CTC, trying to stay positive.

    @steel46 trust me I understand. I think many of us could easily start over with a new lender because we either had good credit to begin with or built it along the way. The issue is the process has drained many of us and then to add we’ve also become attached to the house. It sucks, I know my seller is in a bad position because he moved in time for me to close put his family in an apt because they are building and so now hes carrying the mortgage and rent not to mention the other fees associated with building. There are so many families impacted by one closing so I truly understand your frustration. My prayer for you is that everything moves along according to Gods divine plan. I believe everything happens for a reason, trust the process until you cant anymore.

    SN- I’m sorry your MC is so nonchalant, I know that sucks. From what I’m seeing its hit or miss with MCs which is challenging but the bigger issue is BOA is severely behind. I have a great MC but her hands are tied. Not being able to connect directly with the bank causes even more of a time delay. My MC reaches out daily and they don’t even respond to her…it sucks for sure but when this process is over you wont have to look back…stay the course.

    @liubov1989 the issue is they can contact the bank but the bank is not responding. My MC and the processing dept have been reaching out daily for updates and its all been ignored. I struggle with that honestly, not sure what line of business you can knowingly ignore customers and clients but BOA most certainly does.

    @liubov1989 you know I see people saying “its just the closing craizies” the problem with that is that its not your fault things are hectic. From what I can tell and experienced its the MC fault for lack of knowledge about what is going on that causes the crazies. Meaning you SHOULD feel crazy when things just go amiss and no one can give you an answer to what is happening. I don’t blame you for having them at all. I blame NACA and or the MC. lack of answers and honesty is just pathetic.

    My initial CD said my closing date would be 12/16 which has come and gone. They uploaded the report from the appraisal (which was done on 12/06) 2 days ago on my supposed closing day, so now I am in limbo waiting for the underwriter to issue my CTC. My CC said that I should hear something by the close of business today, which is gone and I still haven’t heard anything. The title company even sent and email to NACA’s closing department trying to find out what the heck is going on.

    Well per my initial CD, today was my closing date. But still no word from the bank. My file has been escalated so much, it has to be at the top of the stairs by now. LOL

    I’m trying to remain patient and positive.

    @msm407 sigh….I have the same status, just waiting on a CTC. We are in the same boat, I’m just a few days behind you.

    @tricey718 I was hoping when I saw you posted that you were bringing good news 🙁

    I think I will request another escalation today. Everyone I talked to in MP said it was escalated twice but then this last rep said he only saw one escalation….per the CD I should be able to close on Monday but it still hasn’t been CTC yet. Not to mention I’m pretty sure my file is at least one business day behind yours in the process.

    I didn’t even get the initial disclosure. Guys, can you share what you do to speed up the process, all I can just call the MC and Processing department and ask them to escalate the case, it doesn’t work I guess. What else can we do, I need to do something before this week is over.

    @tricey718 I believe that you will hear something today!!! I pray that your prayers be answered and that the next steps are seamless. I’m praying for you! I’m praying for all of us 11/15’s! lol

    @msm407 hopefully they respond!

    @liubov1989 there is nothing you can do to speed it up, the bank works at their own pace. I really would like to know how many UWs they have. It took 31 days (from the time the app was completed) to get my initial CD. I’ve been in contract since October so unfortunately I don’t have any hints/tricks for you. All I can say is keep checking online.

    @NewYorkSpirit yes we are all praying together, I stand in agreement with you. Delays are coming to and end, this is still the week of approvals, final CDs and CTCs.
