Entered Co-borrower name incorrectly in Webfile

    Hello,

    We received our ID a few months ago and are ready to start uploading documents to WebFile. I incorrectly entered my co-borrower’s name, and am afraid to start uploading documents under the misspelled name. I sent an email two days ago to member services with no reply. I tried to add the name again, but the since the SSN is the same, it wouldn’t allow me. Is calling member services the only solution? I realize the wait times are very long.

    Hello pafranco44,

    Go ahead and start uploading. Your counselor can make the correction during your intake session. It shouldn’t be a problem at all.
