Employment Verification – Conditions

[Newlywed Homebuyers]

They asked us for an employment verification as a condition of approval for one of my husbands old jobs. When I got our Data Report from WorkNumber it includes old jobs as well.

Would that be considered employment verification??

I’m really trying to get approved this week because we need to sign our P&S THIS week.

Hello knikoleellis,

We will be able to use The Work Number for the verification, but you will need to supply the account access to your counselor so he or she can pull the verification info directly. Just like the manual VOE and VOR forms, if you touch it at any point after authorizing us to obtain the information it is autmatically voided.
