    I wouldn’t worry, I signed my P&S 5/1 and didn’t get submitted and approved credit access until 6/3. Everyone is different, but you’re definitely not alone.

    I look forward to seeing everyone’s progress on this thread.

    -We signed our P&S on 6/10
    -current status is property identified
    – M/C has been in touch but yesterday during our meeting to go over our documents her computer crashed and unfortunately she hasn’t got back to us to let us know if we are good to go to underwriting or not.

    So I’m currently patiently waiting.

    JUNE 4 purchase workshop
    June 5th otained letter, agent completed PSL we mad a offer
    June 6th Offer accepted
    June 6th signed p&s contract
    June 17th HAND Approved
    June 19th CREDIT ACCESS REQUEST

    @ everyone ! Got my conditions from credit acces couple questions

    1- they wasn’t copy of check used for earnest money used. The company directly drafted out my account so how do i clear this condition.
    2-NACA summary sheet? Is my realtor suppose to submit this?
    3-termite inspection and invoice. I have sent this already. The cost was included in the House inspection i used debit card. How to show proof?

    INFORMATIONRemove the bank statement with LOE for address on DL it has expired
    6/21/20.
    My drivers license it’s by expired unless I am not understanding what this condition is

    Not sure about #2.

    See if you can get a duplicate copy of the electronic check from your bank. As long as your routing number was used that’s considered a check.

    You need to go back to your home inspector and ask for either an itemized receipt with all the services broken out or an individual receipt for each service.

    It sounds like only accounts for active IDs are requested and one statement apparently has a loe and is associated with an expired ID. If your ID is expired or nearing expiration you will need to renew it.

    @nelsont thank you ! Realtor submits Naca summary. Found the invoice in all these emails. My ID expires 11/20, so renew it ? I think the UW looked at my replacement date instead. But we shall see! Thanks!

    I wish I had a better update, but I still haven’t heard from our MC since our credit access appointment last week when her computer crashed. Our status on web file still says property Identified. We did get cleared by hand yesterday which was nice. Just praying that we hear some good news from our MC this week.

    @firstthome i have not had an update either. P&S proposed CD for 7/8. HAND CLEARED 6/17. Credit access gave me conditions 6.21 I haven’t heard anything From my MC. I had two question about two conditions but no vail. So im 13 days away from my date but I feel like im stuck. so hopefully today we can re submit to Credit Access.

    Update: There isn’t one. After I wrote this post I got a message from my MC saying he’s still reviewing my file. Silence after that.

    I’ve reached out the my MC, Regional Director, and Services. My file has had no movement. Unfortunately, I’m in San Antonio and the office was hit by Covid but I was assured that everyone was up and running from home.

    My seller is getting nervous and I’m at risk of losing my earnest money.

    I’ve exhausted every avenue I know to take.

    Hoping for better outcomes for everyone else!!!

    P&S signed June 10th
    Hand cleared June 23rd
    And yesterday credit access request June 25th
    With a CD of July 15th. I hope you hear something soon.

    Hey all! So update
    CONDITIONS 6/23
    Addressed 6/23
    Resent to UW 6/25
    Conditions again 6/26 (very repetitive, also credit report expired, mind you i payed for an updated report 6/23)
    Appraisal order for 6/27 10am

    So I’m guessing my credit access will be approved? I actually called my MC after the second set of conditions came back because it was like no one was paying attention to my file, the conditions were the same. He ANSWERED! He emailed the UW And stayed I should be reveling my bank app and initial loan disclosure! Keep hope alive guys! We are all so close!
