    @ttrumble Tim, our Mortgage Consultant is out of the office today and I wanted to verify if any conditions came back from our credit access submission on Friday. We received the loan estimate disclosure but that was all. Are you able to look into that and email them to me if so? Thank you!

    Hello Blair,

    Your best bet is to call NACA Member Services at 425-602-6222. They are always the first resource for routine updates, verification of documents and so on.

    @ttrumble We had two conditions come back this past Friday: one was for the MC to clean up the additional documents and keep the ones to be sent to the lender and the other was an undefined credit score that was presented as such on the credit report. It was ammended and resubmitted that same day, we are still waiting. Will that undefined credit score be a problem?
