I know cash deposits over $100 must be explained and it just hit me that we might be denied because of it.
Our roommate has paid us $600 in cash for most of 8 years. Will the stream of cash deposits cause a denial? We already submitted a LOE.
Should we request money order payment going forward? We have one credit to take care of before we can be qualified in 6 weeks per our MC.
Would the prior cash funds be seasoned enough to count towards income? Last cash deposit was in May. Our follow up will be in August.
