I had started a similar post but I don’t know if probably Tim missed it since other topics were discussed later, I am posting it again to see if Tim knows something about the Webfile Changes. I am usually able to see lender conditions and the status of my file (C&I Approved, N/A, Suspended, etc). However, On Monday all of a sudden it looks like something was changed on the webfile and it looks different and the Lender Conditions link is not there anymore. @ttrumble may not be able to get on as frequently right now because of the Achieve the Dream event in Atlanta, which starts today. I know that can sometimes slow down his ability to respond on the forums because he usually attends each event. Also, multiple posts with the same or similar topic started by the same poster are usually deleted. I hope yours does not get deleted but they have a forum rule against doing that. Tim reminded another poster of this very recently. You can always bump an existing thread by simply writing in it. That puts it right back at the top of the thread list. Member services might be a quicker avenue to find out what’s going on online with the webfiles. @southflorida or @pearl609 if you check with them regarding this please post any updates that you find out.September 13, 2018 at 12:50 pm #44899

Hey @southflorida I just checked my status on Citibank’s site and I was able to see my loan details and the progress. I did not see any conditions yet.

Tim is busy doing Facebook live events in Atlanta.
I wish I could get to see what’s happening with my loan on the BofA site. I don’t have an account with them so there doesn’t appear to be a way to do it.

I received two emails today at 5:40pm telling me to log in to my NACA web file to see the lender conditions and to view my appraisal.
Obviously I couldn’t see them due to the webfile changes, so I drove to the NACA office since I knew they were there late for the workshop. My MC looked into my file and was able to help me address two of the conditions in the office and he put me in contact with my closing coordinator.
It appears the NACA workers arent aware of the webfile changes because my MC and another NACA employee were shocked when I showed them the new webfile.September 14, 2018 at 6:40 pm #44976
@southflorida I was telling my MC today about the webfile changes. He didn’t know anything about it. He asked if I saw the conditions on my file for credit access and I told him no. I only knew about them because he emailed me. Hopefully they fix the issue soon.September 18, 2018 at 12:02 am #45062
I have never been able to see anything in my webfile. I contacted member services at one point and they informed me that they wouldn’t be able help, they can only email me documents. Also, when I checked Citibank website I wasn’t able to see any conditions. However, my MC contacted me and email me a few conditions. If it weren’t for her email, I’d never know I had conditions. Our file was submitted on 9-9-18. On 9-14-18 my Mc emailed our lender lender conditions. We immediately corrected items and returned the documents. I prbably can’t be too much help on issues regarding what you can and cannot see on your webfile. I do know that NACA Lynx has been undergoing a number of upgrades lately to make document management and visitbilty easier on you, but I don’t know exactly what is going on at any given time.
