    Hi again! Was there an update to the Dashboard? I can’t see what I used to see. All I get when I log in to WebFile is the Intake Steps. I can’t get anywhere else from there. I was looking for my credit reports so I can print them but can’t find where they would be.

    That’s so disappointing. I called Member Services and was told the system was updated and the Dashboard is gone. I only see ‘Intake Preparation’ with steps to upload documents.

    I can still see everything. What stage are you in the process?

    I am also seeing Intake Preparation and Member Services told me the same thing about the system being updated.

    But based upon some info I found on the forum, I think it may be because I am in limbo waiting for a decision from underwriting. I went from Conditions back to Intake.

    My Housing Counselor says it shows as Pending Qualification on her side.

    I had my intake appointment. I thought that might have to do with it. However, I was able to see the dashboard just last week, I could see what documents were pending/accepted. I was told that now there was no place for them to load my credit reports to my file with the new “update” so I’d have to go get my free annual credit reports online. I’m just so confused by this, the counselor told me I would be able to view/print the reports she pulled on my WebFile.

    That is true, at your stage you should be able to see more.

    I don’t know what’s going on. Maybe it is a system issue.

    Have you tried to email your counselor and let him/her know what you are seeing on your end?

    I also tried to fill out the screens again to get it to progress…didn’t work for me but maybe try that too??

    Hope it gets fixed soon.

    @StayingFaithful I did email her to let her know and she told me that I would have to request my free annual credit reports online 🙁 I went through all the stages as well, hoping it would reset or something, but when I get to the last step, it just says ‘Finish & Logout’

    Mine went from clear to close back to approved outstanding conditions today. There is definitely something going on.
