Newlywed HomebuyersSo we close Monday 7/15. I got 2 closing disclosures that both say final. One via email and one via mail…… both from Bank of America.
There’s a $500 difference in the 2.
Which is accurate?! The difference is in the Taxes, HOA, capital contribution, adjustments, & cost paid at closing.
NelsontI think the only person who is able to answer that works at boa. Contact your mc/cc and the title company. The title company probably has an idea of how to straighten it out…I was also under the impression the title company will be contacting you with the exact amount to bring to settlement.
