    I’m trying to schedule my intake appointment, but everytime I do the member information, I get stuck on the section asking what kind of home you want, how much you want to pay, how much you want to buy down the interest rate, etc. I fill out everything, submit the form, and then get to a blank page. If I refresh it asks for the information again. I tried to click Save & Exit but it said “Birth date is required”, but no birth date is asked for on this form. It highlights “home type” and asks for my birth date.

    Is there another way to schedule my intake appointment? Everything else is set up besides this.
